• Assist some of the world’s biggest brands acquire, engage and deepen relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Enable brands, agencies and media companies to launch a wide range of mobile solutions from SMS, to MMS, QR Codes, on-screen, alerts, mobile web, mobile, incentives and integration with managed and social platforms, brand communities, apps, VAS services, subscription services.
• Forge immediate and long-lasting customer relationships by tapping into the uniquely personal nature of the mobile phone.
• Serve as the key client contact and own short-term and long-term client service relationship and mobile marketing strategy for multiple accounts
• Develop and maintain account management communication and execution process independently for multiple clients including but not limited to: mobile marketing campaign design and execution, communication, and interpretation / presentation of results
• Assume active role in partnership with Sales in creating proposals and responding to RFPs in partnership with sales team
• Manage and mentor 1-10 staff members including assignment of responsibilities to ensure comprehensive client management, ongoing coaching and development, and performance reviews
• Understand clients’ marketing objectives and ROI to their customers and proactively contribute actionable solutions to their goals and objectives across all products in the Trend Media Group portfolio including Loop News, Loop Trade, Digicel Media Solutions, Digicel Sportsmax and Shazam.
• Manage ongoing client communication including regularly scheduled meetings/calls and provide exceptional follow up, written reports and presentations
• Understand program statistics and identify most relevant and impactful quantitative data to add value and insight to accounts
• Contribute to Trend Media Group’s thought leadership (webinars, blogs, whitepapers, etc.)
• Execute mobile marketing campaign set-up, programming, monitoring and reporting
• Produce clear and concise writing in business communication as well as in detailing campaign/project results
• Contribute to financial management by driving account and project profitability and understanding how timelines and accuracy contribute to the bottom-line
• Ensure internal stakeholders including Product and Technology have the latest marketplace intelligence as well as ongoing customer feedback and requirements
